Potato Casserole

2 lb. pkg. frozen hashbrowns (thawed)
1 c. sour cream
2 cans of Cream of Potato soup
1 can of Cream of Celery soup
1 lg. diced onion


Stir together, mix good. Put in 13" baking dish. Sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese on top (amount to your liking). Cover with foil and bake at 350* for one hour. Uncover and bake another 1/2 hour.
