Broccoli-Rice Casserole
1 10 oz.pkg. frozen spinach, cooked, drained & cooled3 C.cooked rice
3/4 lb.cheddar cheese, grated (reserve some for top of casserole)
1/4 C.melted margarine or butter
1 tsp.onion flakes
4 eggs
1 C. milk
1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt, if desired
Preheat oven to 350. In a large bowl, combine spinach, rice, cheese, butter & onion flakes. In another bowl mix eggs, milk, worcestershire & salt. Put in a greased 2 qt. baking dish. Bake for 35-40 min. or until middle of casserole is set.
