Broccoli Casserole

2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked
1 can mushroom soup
1 cup grated "rat" cheese
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs beaten lightly

Fold broccoli into other ingredients which have been mixed. Pour into buttered casserole dish and top with pepperidge farm dressing. Bake at 325 degrees for 45 minutes.

Note: Mixture can be divided and frozen. Leave off crumbs.
