Fresh Mozzerella and Tomato Salad

Fresh mozz from your local italian deli(depending on how many people i usually always buy 1Ib of salted mozz) slice sideways very thin. Vine tomatoes(they are much tastier than reg tom) Fresh or dried basil(chopped very small) Olive oil Cracked fresh pepper Arrange in a platter (one slice mozz,one slice Tom and so on) Spinkle basil Drizzle olive oil(i prefer ex-virgin) Add salt and pepper to taste you can also add a slash of red vinegar or balsamic vinegar if you like.

Eat with italian bread or garlic bread
