Broccoli Salad
2 handfuls of broccoli florets2 cups of red grapes, cut in half
1 onion, chopped
1 handful sliced almonds
2 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled
(raisins might be used too)
Mix together in large bowl.
1 cup mayonaise
1/3 cup sugar
1 Tblsp poppy seeds
1 Tblsp balsamic vinegar
Blend together, add to salad and toss to coat. Salad tastes better if it can sit for a day.
