Bleu Chicken Salad

1 chicken breast, trimmed and diced
3 cloves garlic, diced
2 Tb butter
2 Tb olive oil
2 pinches dried sage
3 oz bleu cheese, crumbled
mixed salad greens

In a saucepan, melt butter on medium-high heat. Add garlic and saute lightly. Add olive oil, chicken & sage. Cook chicken until done. Add bleu cheese to mixture, allowing cheeser to melt slightly. Pour over salad greens.
