Oriental Cashew Tuna Casserole

1 7 oz. can tuna
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup finely chopped onion
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
3/4 can Chow Mein noodles
4 oz. Cashews (I think almonds would be good, too)
1 small can mushrooms (optional)


Combine all ingredients in a 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
