CRABMEAT QUICHE

½ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons flour
2 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
1 2/3 cups crabmeat, drained and flaked
8 oz. package natural Swiss cheese
1/3 cup sliced green onions, sautéed
1 9-inch pie shell


Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs and milk. Mix until blended. Stir in crabmeat, cheese and onions. Pour into pie-shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
