Strawberry Pie
Mix together 1½ cups sugar, 3 tablespoons cornstarch and 1½ cups water. Cook until thick. Add 1 package dry strawberry Jell-O. Cool. Line baked cool piecrust with strawberries. Pour cool mixture over top of berries. Chill. Serve with Cool Whip.
