Coconut Macaroons

2 (7-oz) packages flaked coconut
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 tsp almond extract

Preheat oven to 350*F. In large bowl, combine ingredients and mix well. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto aluminum-foil-lined and generously greased cookie sheets. Bake 8 to 10 minutes of until lightly browned around edges. Immediately remove from cookie sheets (Macaroons will still if allowed to cool). Store loosely covered at room temperature.

Makes 4 dozen cookies
