Chocolate Cream Pie

2 eggs
1-cup milk
¼ cup butter or margarine, softened
1-teaspoon vanilla
2 1-oz squares of unsweetened chocolate, melted and cooled
1-cup sugar
½ cup biscuit mix
Sweetened whipped cream for garnish


Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-inch pie plate. Place all ingredients except whipped cream in blender and blend on high for 1 minute. Pour into plate and bake about 30 minutes or until custard leaves no indentation when pressed lightly in center. Cool before serving with whipped cream.

Serves 6 to 8.
