Cherry Coffee Cake
2 cups flour2 teaspoons baking powder
1 egg plus enough milk to make 1 cup (about 3/4 cup milk)
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1- 15 oz. can cherry pie filling
Topping:
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
Mix first five ingredients together. Spread batter evenly in a jelly-roll pan. Spread the pie filling over batter. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the cake. Bake at 350* for 30 to 35 minutes.
