Hawaiian Chicken2 pounds skinless boneless chicken breast halves
1 can pineapple chuncks (16-oz) -- drained
1 can mandarin oranges (15-oz) -- drained
1/4 cup cornstarch
1/4 cup brown sugar -- packed
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground (or finely chopped) ginger
Combine all ingredients in the crock. Stir well. Cover and cook on Low for 4-5 hours or High for 2-3 hours.
Makes about 6-8 servings.
