Apricot Chicken1 whole chicken or boneless chicken breasts (4-6 pieces)
1 bottle russian dressing (small)
1/2 large jar of apricot jelly
1 pkg onion soup mix
Arrange chicken pieces in single layer in baking dish. Blend dressing, jelly and soup mix. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 F for 1 hour.
NOTE: This can also be cooked in the crockpot. Low 6 hours, high 3 hours.
