Pumpkin Spice Muffins

1 1/2 c. Flour
1/2 c. Whole wheat flour
1/2 c. Sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 c. Canned pumpkin
1 c. Evaporated skim milk
1 egg
3 Tb canola oil


Mix together dry ingredients in one bowl, wet ingredients in another. Combine and mix well until dry ingredients are moistened. Bake for 20 minutes in 400* oven.
