Orange Pecan Rolls
1/2c. chopped pecans3Tb flaked coconut
3Tb orange marmalade
5tsp orange flavored breakfast drink mix (like Tang)
1/4c. firm butter
2 1/2c. all purpose baking mix (like bisquick)
1/2c. milk
1 egg
1c. powdered sugar
1-2Tb milk
Heat oven to 425*. Grease 9x9x2in square pan. Mix first four ingredients; set aside. Cut butter into 1/3 in pieces and rub into baking mix until it forms a coarse mixture. Beat 1/2c. milk and egg; Stir into butter mixture just until dry ingredients are moistened. Turn dough onto surface generously dusted with baking mix. gently roll in mix to coat. Knead 10 times. Roll into rectangle, 15x8in. Spread pecan mixture over rectangle. Roll up starting on 15in side. Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Cur into 12 slices using thread or dental floss to cut. Place in pan and bake about 15 minutes or until golden. Cool in pan on a wire rack 15 minutes. Mix powdered sugar and milk until smooth and drizzling consistency. Drizzle over warm rolls.
