Multi-Grain Scone
1 egg1/2 cup sugar
5 tbsp grapeseed or canola oil
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup wheat bran
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tbsp millet
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
Preheat oven to 375. Whisk egg, sugar and oil together - set aside. Mix all the rest of the dry ingredients in a separate bowl. Slowly add dry mixture to wet mixture to make a thick dough. Add milk and mix well. Place on lightly greased baking sheet to make about 10. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
