Multigrain Bread

3 1/2 cups bread flour
1 cup warm water
1/2 cup low fat buttermilk
1/4 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup wheat bran
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. honey
2 1/2 tsp. bread machine yeast
2 tsp. salt


Lightly spoon flour into dry measuring cups. Level with a knife. Follow manufacturers instructions for placing flour and the remaining ingredients into bread pan and select the bake cycle, start the machine. (I used the dough cycle. When it was done rising, I kneaded it, shaped it into a loaf and let it rise again. I then baked it in my oven at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes.)
