Marigold Muffins

**Always use clean, pesticide-free flowers.
2 cups all-purpose flour
1-tablespoon baking powder
1/2-teaspoon salt
3/4-cup milk
1/4-cup marigold petals
4 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 egg, beaten


Preheat oven to 400°F. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt, set aside. Bring milk up to a boil then remove from the heat. Stir in the petals, honey, and vegetable oil. Add egg add the dry ingredients. Pour into muffin tins. Bake 20 minutes.
