Jumbo Popovers

3 well beaten eggs
1 cup milk
3 tablespoons melted butter
1 cup flour
½ teaspoon salt


Combine eggs, milk and butter. With egg beater, beat flour and salt into above mixture. Grease 8 custard cups. Work fast putting ingredients together and be sure to beat eggs well. Bake in 400 degree oven for 50 minutes.

Makes 6 to 8 popovers.
