Ginger-Pear Muffins

2 c. flour
2-tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1/2-c. skim milk
1/2 c. Molasses
1/4 c. Apple butter
1 egg
3 T canola oil
1 pear, finely chopped


Mix ingredients thoroughly and pour into lined or greased muffin tins. Bake at 350* until done.
