Dilly Batter Bread

1 pkg. dry yeast
3/4 c. warm water (105-115*)
2 1/2 flour
1 1/2 Tbs. instant minced onion
1 Tb sugar
1 tsp dill seeds
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cottage cheese
Vegetable cooking spray


Dissolve yeast in 3/4c warm water; let stand 5 minutes. In a food processor add flour and next 4 ingredients; process 5 seconds. Add cottage cheese and process 10 seconds, scrape down sides of bowl. With processor running add yeast mixture, process 10 seconds. Spoon batter into a large bowl coated with cooking spray. Cover and let rise in warm place free of drafts, 1 hour or until doubled in bulk. Stir batter well. Spoon batter into a 2 qt square casserole coated with cooking spray. Cover and let rise 45 minutes or until doubled. Bake at 350* for 40 minutes or until golden. Let cool 5 minutes; remove from casserole and cool completely on a wire rack. Cut into 12 squares.
