Cottage Cheese Dill Bread

2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup cottage cheese
2 eggs
6 Tbsp. milk
1/4 cup honey or sugar
1 tsp. dry dill


Combine all ingredients and spread in a greased loaf pan. Bake at 375 for 50 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove and cool on a rack for 30 more minutes. The cookbook suggests eating it with cream cheese, cucumber slices, or raspberry jam.
