Butterhorn Rolls

1 cake yeast dissolved in lukewarm water with 1 teaspoon salt. Scald 1 cup milk, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 teaspoon salt; cool to lukewarm. Add 3 beaten eggs and stiffen with 4 1/2 cups of flour. Let rise, knead down twice. Make in whatever size roll you want and let rise again before baking. They will rise twice their size. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 10 minutes or until they get a little brown on top.
