Blueberry Orange Muffins

1 cup oil
1 cup orange juice
2 eggs
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups blueberries
Cinnamon sugar


Preheat oven to 400. Spray muffin pans with non-stick spray Combine liquid ingredients in a small bowl. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, then stir in the liquids, mixing lightly until blended. Fold blueberries in gently. Scoop batter into prepared pan; sprinkle tops with cinnamon sugar. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until done. Turn muffins out onto rack. Serve warm.
