Applesauce Muffins

2 cups Bisquick
¼ cup sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ cup applesauce
¼ cup milk
1 egg
2 tablespoons oil


Mix dry ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Beat vigorously for 30 seconds. Pour into well-greased muffin pan. Fill 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Dip each muffin into melted butter then into a sugar-cinnamon mixture (1/4 cup sugar, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon).

Note: Can make larger muffins. Bake them at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes.
