Mango-Orange Smoothie

1/3 cup soft, silken-style tofu
1 cup frozen mango pieces
3/4 cup calcium-fortified orange juice
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract


Blend tofu, mango cubes, orange juice, and vanilla extract in food processor or blender until completely smooth.

Yield: 1 serving

Note: Frozen mango cubes are available in specialty markets. You may also use fresh or jarred mango.
