Spinach Dip

1 10-oz package chopped spinach, defrosted
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
2/3 cup reduced-fat sour cream
1/3 cup ranch dressing
1 tsp lemon juice


In saucepan, combine spinach; green onionsand garlic. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes; drain well and cool 5 minutes. In medium bowl, combine spinach mixture with sour cream, ranch dressing, and lemon juice.

Makes about 2 cups.
