Shrimp or Crab Puffs

6 oz. crab or shrimp
4 oz. whipped cream cheese
2 tbsp. pimiento, finely chopped
1 can crescent rolls


Mix pimiento, cream cheese and crab or shrimp together. Separate crescent rolls and flatten out slightly. Spread 1 1/2 teaspoon of mixture on each crescent roll; roll up as directed on package. Lay on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 to 325 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown. Cut into four sections while still warm.

To reheat, place in microwave for 20-25 seconds.

To freeze, prepare rolls but do NOT bake until ready to serve.
