Potato Wraps

4 small new potatoes (1 1/2-in in diameter each)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned pepper
1/4 tsp. crushed bay leaves
8 slices bacon, cut in half crosswise


Preheat oven 400*. Wash potatoes and cut into quarters. Sprinkle each with a mixture of the seasoned salt, pepper and bay. Wrap one bacon piece around each potato piece. Sprinkle with any remaining seasonings. Place in baking dish and bake uncovered 20 minutes or until bacon is crispy and potatoes are cooked through. Drain on paper towels. Serve, if desired with sour cream and chives.
