Deviled Ham Dip

1 cup ham -- cooked
1 green bell pepper -- minced
1 large tart apple -- chopped
1/4 cup sweet pickle -- diced
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. salt
1 dash Tabasco Sauce or cayenne pepper


Place ham, green pepper, apple and pickle in a food processor or blender and process until finely minced. Add remaining ingredients and process until just mixed. Add more mayonnaise if you desire a thinner consistency. Taste and adjust seasonings. Refrigerate until ready to use.
