Hot Broccoli Dip

1 pkg (10 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
1 pkg dry veggie soup mix (Lipton)
4 ounces cheddar cheese (shredded)
16 oz. container sour cream (lite or fat free can be used)


Defrost broccoli in microwave. Mix the broccoli, soup mix, cheese and sour cream. Heat in microwave until cheese melts and the dip bubbles. If necessary, add some parm cheese to thicken. Goes great with crackers or cubed bread.
