Bacon Chestnut Wraps
1 pound bacon1 8 oz can water chestnuts - whole
sauce
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 cup catsup
2teaspoons soy sauce
Precook bacon until limber - not crisp. Cut bacon into halves or thirds. Wrap around water chestnut and secure with a toothpick. Place in 8 x 8 inch pan. Pour sauce over wraps and bake at 400F for 15-20 minutes or until bacon appears done.
