Zesty Baked Chicken

1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp dried whole basil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
6 (4oz) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
3/4c. plain low fat yogurt
2 tsp low sodium soy sauce
1 Tb soy flour
2 TB grated Parmesan


Combine first 3 ingredients and sprinkle over both sides of chicken. Place in a 13x9x2in baking dish. Combine 1/4c. yogurt and soy sauce. Brush half over chicken. Bake at 350* for 10 min. Turn chicken over; brush with the remaining yogurt mixture and bake an additional 10 min.

Combine remaining 1/2 c.yogurt and flour, stir well and spoon over chicken. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 15 min or until chicken is done.
