Turkey Stuffed Chicken

1/2 lb ground turkey
4 chicken breasts
Bunch of spinach
3/4 cup Mozzerella Cheese (shredded)
Garlic (minced)

Brown the ground turkey meat in a skillet. Remove the meat, leaving any remaining juices (wont be much, because the turkey usually doesnt have much fat to drain). Sautee the garlic until slightly brown, then add the spinach. Season this however you like (salt, pepper, whatever). Add the cheese, then set to the side. Rinse and pat your chicken breasts dry. Slice them through the thickest side, but not all the way through. Just to create a "pocket". Stuff your spinach mixture into the pockets, then place in a baking pan covered with foil. Cook on 375 for about 45 min. to an hour. Your chicken breasts should be extremely juicy and tender.
