Sweet William's Chicken

Boneless chicken breasts, pounded flat, coated with flour and black pepper. Then lightly browned using butter. Once out of the pan, add white cooking wine, and touch of sherry and stir and set aside. Cover chicken with cooked mushrooms and wine and sherry sauce and bake for 20 min at 350. Take out and add mozzeralla cheese and bake for 5 more min.
