Southwestern Style Burritos
1 T vegetable oil6 green onions, sliced
1 cup garden style salsa
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup or 1/2 package Purdue Short Cuts Carved Chicken - Southwestern Seasoned
2 T cilantro or parsley
8 tortillas
Heat oil, add onion and fry until soft. Stir in salsa, chicken, beans, and cilantro until boiling (popping). Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is hot. Heat tortillas according to package directions. Serve wrapped in a tortilla with your choice of sour cream, shredded cheese, black olives, quacamole, etc.
