Mexican Chicken
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup salsa
1 cup chedder/monterey jack cheeses-grated
Preheat oven to 350F. Place chicken in baking dish. Mix yogurt and salsa and dump over chicken. Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake for 40 minutes. Serve over white rice.
