Meatloaf

2 lb of ground Hamburger
1 lb of meatloaf mix (veal, pork, burger)
1/2-2/3 cup breadcrumbs
2 eggs
4-5 tblsp brown sugar
1/4-1/3 cup ketchup
approximately half of ketchup amount of spicy brown mustard


Mix ketchup, mustard and brown sugar together and set to side.. it should have a sweet scent with just a hint of the spicey mustard to it. You may need to adjust amounts to your liking. Mix the meat together, add in the eggs and breadcrumbs, add in about 2/3 of the ketchup mixture and mix together well... Bake in oven at 375 for approx 1 hr or so... About 15 min before the meatloaf is done put the remainder of the ketchup mixture on top of meatloaf and put back in oven for another 15-20 minutes..
