Easy Curry Chicken
2- 10 oz.pkgs.frozen broccoli,cooked2 C.chicken,cut up
2 10.5oz.cans cream of chicken soup
1 C.mayonnaise
1 tsp.lemon juice
1 tsp.curry powder
1/2 C.shredded cheddar
1 C.croutons
Preheat oven to 350. Arrange broccoli in bottom of a 9x13casserole dish. Place chicken on top. Combine soup,mayo,lemon juice & curry in a bowl. Pour over the chicken. Sprinklew/cheese & top w/croutons. Bake uncovered 25-30 min.
