Chicken Tortilla Bake

Tortilla Chips
4 Cups cooked chicken, shredded
2 Cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 Cans (7oz) diced green chiles, undrained
1 small white onion, diced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup sour cream


Place a layer of tortilla chips in the bottom of a medium baking dish and set aside. Place shredded chicken on top of chips. Place another layer of chips on top of chicken. Cover second layer of chips with diced green chiles. Combine heavy cream and sour cream and pour over green chiles. Add cheese and top off with diced onion. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
