Chicken Cordon Bleu

4 large chicken breast, boned
Salt and pepper
4 slices Swiss cheese
4 slices ham
4-6 tablespoons flour
1 egg, beaten with 1-tablespoon milk
Breadcrumbs
Cooking oil
1 can chicken broth
2 generous tablespoons sour cream


Skin chicken breasts. Beat chicken breasts to flatten. Season. Put slice of cheese and ham on top of each breast, roll and secure with toothpick. Coat with flour, dip in egg mixture and dust with breadcrumbs. Fry about 25 minutes in oil. Drain on paper towels. Drain oil from pan and pour in chicken broth. Simmer 2-3 minutes. Add flour. Let cook until thick. Add sour cream and stir. Serve sauce over chicken.
