Chicken and Cheese Bake

1 can cream of chicken soup (26 oz size)
1 cup water
1/2 cup shredded cheese
1 cup uncooked regular rice
6 chicken breast halves
paprika
pepper


In 3 qt. shallow baking dish, mix soup, water, cheese and rice. Place chicken on rice mixture. Sprinkle with paprika and pepper, add more cheese on top. Bake at 375 for 1 hourr or until the chicken is done. Stir rice before serving.

Note: if you wish to freeze, do not bake. Wrap and store in freezer. When ready to serve, thaw and bake at 375 for 1 hour or until chicken is done.

Serves 6.
