Breaded Garlic and Parmesan ChickenChicken tenders plain (not pre-breaded)
1 cup flour
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
You will need 2 bowls one for eggs and one for flour and bread crumbs. Beat eggs. Mix bread crumbs, flour, parmesan cheese and garlic to your liking. If you would like to add other spices, add them to the mix. Take a cookie sheet and use about a tablespoon of olive oil and spread it around with a brush. After dipping chicken first in eggs and then dredging in the dry mixture, place chicken on olive oil part of cookie sheet, repeat with each tender. Preheat oven to 400 and cook till golden brown on each side. Make sure to cut your chicken to see if it is done.
Note: You can use chicken breasts if you like, but the thinner the chicken the better.
