Pepper
Shortening
1-cup pineapple juice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
10 slices pineapple
Melt shortening in frying pan. Dredge chicken in flour, salt and pepper mixture. Brown chicken. Place chicken in a Pyrex dish. Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice and soy sauce. Pour over chicken. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
